[TAIWAN] SERVICE UPDATE – “SELF-PAID MAINTENANCE” UPGRADED TO “SELF-PAID REFURBISHMENT”

To enhance product maintenance quality and extend the lifespan of our suspension systems, RACINGBROS will officially upgrade the original “Self-Paid Maintenance” service to a more comprehensive “Self-Paid Refurbishment” program, effective January 1, 2026.

I. Service Content Adjustment

The original self-paid maintenance service only included replacement of internal consumable parts (such as oil seals, dust seals, and damping oil), focusing primarily on maintaining basic damping and sealing performance.

The Self-Paid Refurbishment (BAZOOKA Series) service, in addition to replacing internal consumables, will also include replacement of external and structural components, such as:

• Oil hose

• Outer shaft

• Lock ring

This upgrade comprehensively renews both the internal and external structure of the suspension, restoring it to a near-new appearance and performance condition, while improving durability and service life. If additional parts require replacement during the refurbishment process, a separate quotation will be provided through the authorized dealer.

The Self-Paid Refurbishment (Shicane and Coil Shock Series) service includes replacement of internal consumables along with the shaft.

II. Self-Paid Refurbishment Pricing

• BAZOOKA and AIR CANNON Series (Air Suspension): NT$ 2,800

• Shicane and Coil Shock Spring Suspension Series: NT$ 2,000

  
  

Through this upgrade, customers can enjoy a more complete maintenance service and near-new performance at a more favorable refurbishment price, ensuring stability and safety during long-term use.

III. Effective Date

This adjustment will take effect on January 1, 2026. At that time, the original “Self-Paid Maintenance” service will be discontinued and replaced by the new “Self-Paid Refurbishment” program.

※ The original “Self-Paid Maintenance + Half-Price Maintenance Voucher” promotion will end on December 31, 2025.Customers who return their suspension for self-paid maintenance on or before December 31, 2025 (based on the date received by RACINGBROS) will still be eligible for the original maintenance plan and receive a half-price maintenance voucher.

From January 1, 2026 onward, all returned units will follow the new “Self-Paid Refurbishment” program, and the half-price maintenance voucher will no longer be provided.
